THE YORK SUITE
THE LARGER OF OUR TWO EVENT ROOMS CAN SEAT UPTO 120 GUESTS USING A MIX OF TABLES AND CAN HAVE UPTO 150 GUESTS COMFORTABLY IN TOTAL. THE ROOM ALSO HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE CASH BAR, ENTRANCE, TOILETS, AIR CONDITIONING AND DANCEFLOOR.

THE HARDWICK SUITE
THIS IS THE SMALLER OF THE TWO EVENT ROOMS AND CAN SEAT UPTO 30 GUESTS SEATED AND UPTO 50 GUESTS COMFORTABLY IN TOTAL. THE ROOM HAS ITS OWN CASH BAR, A SMALL PORTABLE DANCEFLOOR AND IS ALSO AIR CONDITIONED.
ROOM HIRE COST FROM £150
ANY EVENT WISHING TO BRING THEIR OWN DJ/ENTERTAINMENT THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £25 TO COVER THE PRS LICENSE THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN BUFFET
LARGE CAR PARK TO THE REAR OF THE HOTEL FOR GUESTS
We also offer the following reception drinks per person should you wish to enhance your event on arrival:
BUCKS FIZZ £4.50
WINE (RED, WHITE OR ROSE) £3.00
Should you wish to bring your own wine or champagne there is a corkage charge of £8 per bottle of wine and £19 per bottle of champagne
The hotel can offer special guest rates for overnight stays of persons attending your events subject to availability please ask about these rates when you enquire.
All bookings are considered provisional until you have read and signed the terms & conditions and paid your initial deposit.
